Hello there! See that (rather handsome) chap on the right - That's me.

My Name is Andy and I am a Graphic & Web designer currently based in sunny  Bolton, North-West England.

Coming from an on-line marketing background, I know what it takes to get the right messages across, clearly and concisely. I like to maintain a healthy balance of functionality and visual impact in all of my work, I pride myself on getting the right reaction to all my design work. I take great inspiration from artists & designers all over the world and I'm an active contributor to the global community. I am currently developing my own design blog - GetFunked Designs - where I plan to post design tutorials, showcases and generally share my inspirational findings with the rest of the design community. After all, we are in it together to make this world a better looking place.

My career started as an online marketer, so I know a thing or two about how things should work on the web. I have solid experience of user interaction/experience design and like to make sure my designs are not only visually stunning, but highly effective at engaging your target audience.

• Fast Home Sale Company – Simple Web Design

  Another website I created for a client of our Agency. He wanted a simple website design with a call to action on each page. Crafted using simple Html/CSS and a touch of Javascript.

  This is a simple gallery website for artist Tracie Shaylor. She wanted a minimal design with a nice typeface and with this design the artwork is the real focus.

  I love retro typography and this is one of my favourite sayings. It has featured on Abduzeedo 'Typography Tuesday' Showcase of typography designs & is proving to be one of my more popular pieces of work (my top no. of favourites on Flickr!)

  This was a job I completed for the design agency I'm currently working at. Lavender Hotels required a micro site designed to advertise their Christmas Parties.

  TVC (A Commercial Audio-Visual Solution Supplier) had an outdated, functionless website and wanted to have something that represented them well. Built using WordPress, The new website is packed full of extra features and information to help generate more leads.

  A Friend asked me to do a poster for his anniversary based on the Baz Luhrmann song 'Everybody's free to wear sunscreen'. The word 'Free' is made up of the lyrics of the song. Reprints are available on request (without the names). Simply contact me for a price!
